TBS principals are currently engaged in active technical advisory work on the Northeast Corridor (NEC) Rapid Transit Project — a $927M commuter rail infrastructure investment spanning the South Florida Rail Corridor from MiamiCentral to Aventura.

This engagement has included multi-discipline technical review, yard operations evaluation at Hialeah Yard, and coordination across four operating railroads simultaneously — NEC, SFRTA/Tri-Rail, CSX Transportation, and Amtrak.
